Benefit Auctions - One of the Most Rewarding Jobs We Do!

Being a blue-collar worker all my life, I had no idea so many benefit auctions existed. The thought of making a living while helping the community never occurred to me, until recently! Benefit auctions help many different groups, charities and most of all, people!

A common need of all auctions is high quality sound. If the auctioneer is not
heard clearly, he or she cannot be very effective. So good sound is a priority for all live auctions. We realize that many auctions have a tight budget, however, cutting a few hundred dollars in you're A/V can cost you thousands!

To help create a successful auction, we like to ask three big questions:

•  What is your budget?
•  What have you had at previous auctions?
•  What do you want now?

Many are unwilling to disclose their budget. But our feeling is if you tell us your budget, statistics, and ideas, we can help you put the money where it will have the most impact. You have to be realistic, if the budget is $500, you can't get a $15,000 show.

Over the years we have truly enjoyed participating in such benefit auctions and seeing the fruits of our labor. Here's how we helped Highline Community Hospital (HCH).

We have been donating to the community through HCH for years. In 2004 they asked us to help plan their auction. For the 2005 auction they also asked us if
we would provide the A/V for the auction and DJ the after party.

•

2003- Donated; raised $156,000

•  2004- Donated and planned event; raised $198,000
•  2005- Donated, planned, and provided A/V and DJ; raised $298,000

We are certainly not the only factors to a successful auction, but we know we helped! Ask us how we can help you.

We will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Make your benefit
auction the best it can be!
